1. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our e-books and other digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the product
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Accidental purchases

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for review
  4. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method

3. Exceptions
